The staff were incredibly friendly, they went out of their way to help us with our late dinner reservation. our room had a comfy bed and nice little touches like fresh milk in the fridge that made us feel right at home.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but definitely in the realm of acceptable.

The family studio was cozy and perfect for our stay, especially with the dog beds and treats provided for our two dachshunds. There’s a lovely garden area and a comfy lounge where we relaxed after long days exploring. The only downside was some minor cleaning issues, but overall, it didn’t dampen our experience. I had a lovely time at The Tower. The check-in process went smoothly and staff members were friendly and accommodating. My room had a beautiful view and ample natural light. I really appreciated the kitchenette. having the option to prepare snacks was a plus. The bathroom was modern but the shower drain was slow. The food at the pub was excellent—I'm still thinking about the delicious scones and sandwiches from the afternoon tea! I did notice the noise from the pub below at night, which made sleep a bit tricky. Parking spaces were limited, and I had to park a short walk away, which isn't ideal. The decor had a charming feel, but some areas of the hotel could use a fresh touch. the experience was delightful, and I'd return for the food and views.

The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made for a pleasant stay. The modern decor in the superior studio provided ample space and comfort, complemented by fresh milk and quality coffee in the kitchenette. While the high volume of guests occasionally left staff bustling between tasks, the overall cleanliness of the establishment was commendable. Dining options, particularly the takeaway Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, were a delightful perk. Enjoying a meal while knowing the kids were safe and sound added to the family-friendly experience.
